Dancer Spotlight: Joi

Meet D2D's June Dancer Spotlight, Joi Kuzma!

Joi is a graduating senior at Rancho Bernardo High School who enjoys English and writing. She's been dancing since the age of 4 with Step By Step Dance studio, and she's also a member of RBHS Tour de Force dance team. Joi has been competing for the last nine years, and while she performs all genres of dance, her favorite is contemporary. Joi has a 5-year-old sister named Harper and a dog named Scout. When not in school or dancing, Joi loves going to the beach and spending quality time with her friends and family. Her favorite styles of music are Hip Hop and R&B and her favorite foods are sushi and pasta. After graduation this June, Joi will be heading off to LSU where she will continue her passion for dance on the LSU Tiger Girls dance team. Geaux Tigers! While in college Joi will be studying Sociology. We are excited to see what this next adventure brings for this beautiful dancer!
